Reservations and Accepted Methods of Payment

 

Please call the Guest House, (510) 495-8000, for availability, rates, and reservations. All room rates are exempt from occupancy and sales taxes.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and company checks. Checks must be made out to "UC Regents."

To make a reservation please fill out the attached form and send it via fax or email to the Guest House Staff.

Direct Billing for lodging expenses is available to organizations that have established an account with the Berkeley Lab Guest House. Organizations are invoiced upon check out for each authorized guest. To apply for a Direct Billing account, please email berkeleylabguesthouse@berkeley.edu with “Direct Billing” in the subject line.
